Life Beyond the Screen PhD

A symposium for PhD students and early career researchers working in  Film, TV, Media and Screen Studies who are considering the options available to them as life beyond the research degree.

This will be an informal networking and information dissemination event hosted by the Centre for Screen Studies in Drama at the University of Manchester.

3-4pm Panel 3 ‘Non-Higher Education Careers after the PhD’, Louise Sethi from University of Manchester Careers Service, and Dr Konstantinos Arvanitis and audience Q&A and discussion.
4-5pm Panel 4 ‘PG Research Students and Early Career Researchers Panel’, Dr David Butler, Sabina Shah, Dr Matthew Jones, and Anton Bielecki followed by audience Q&A and discussion.
