The School of Languages, Linguistics and Cultures is offering places on its Conceptual Skills Course for PhD candidates in the School of Arts, Histories and Cultures. The course examines some of the most important concepts in modern Western thought and provides an excellent insight into the application of these theoretical frameworks and their usefulness for analysing cultural texts of all kinds including visual, screen and written media.
Lectures take place on Tuesdays from 5-6.30pm in Samuel Alexander A101.
